Frequently Asked Questions
How can I RSVP?
You can RSVP for the welcome party and wedding ceremony here on the website.
What is the easiest way to get to and from your wedding venue(s)?
We would recommend either booking a private car or taking the bus. Please note that the buses stop running at 10:30pm most nights so if you plan to stay to the end of the reception and are not staying within walking distance of the venue, you'll likely need to book a car/taxi. Please consult our travel guide for recommendations and more information on transportation.
Is there parking available near your wedding venue(s)?
There is no parking at/near the venue and we highly discourage renting a car in the Amalfi Coast. For more information on this please consult the travel guide travel guide.
Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?
The wedding will be entirely outdoors! We would recommend bringing a light jacket or shall for the evening and wearing comfortable shoes for the walk to the venue. For more information on the weather in May on the Amalfi Coast please see our travel guide.
What is the dress code for your wedding?
The dresscode for the wedding is formal - for more information on the dresscode for all weekend events please consult the travel guide.
Are there any colors or styles you'd prefer me to wear?
Just have fun and wear what's comfortable for you! Because we are on the coast, colors like green, blue and tan/brown are probably your best bet for “neutrals” and bright colors like yellows, pinks, oranges, etc… make for a great pop of color! Black will probably not be the most comfortable or natural option and please refrain from wearing white - let's let the bride have her moment :)
What is the weather like in the area?
You can expect temperatures in the upper 60s, low 70s on the coast in May. Because of the proximity to the sea and humidity it will likely feel a few degrees warmer than the temperature indicates. Overall, the temperature should be very comfortable!
Am I allowed to bring a plus one?
The guests that are invited to the wedding will be listed on the invitation. Because we are trying to keep the wedding very small, we ask that you not bring a plus 1 unless you've specifically been allowed one. You're welcome to bring these guests to the recovery the following day!
Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?
Yes! Please let us know about any of your dietary restrictions in your RSVP.
Will there be an open bar?
Of course!
Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?
If you're coming to Italy, please do not bring a gift! We truly mean it when we say that your presence is all we want. If you'd really like to bring something, we love cards with handwritten notes :)
What is the wedding day itinerary?
The ceremony will start at 4pm, followed by a 5pm cocktail hour and dinner/dancing begins at 6pm. Please make sure you're on time for the ceremony and leave extra time for transportation if you aren't staying near the venue.
What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?
We'd recommend arriving around 3:30pm - this will allow you some time to walk down to the venue and explore the grounds before the ceremony starts.
What time will your wedding reception end? Is there an after-party?
The reception ends at midnight! Although the music will be ending then, guests are welcome to stay and enjoy the night with us afterwards.
Will there be a time gap between your wedding ceremony and reception?
No. We will go straight from the ceremony to the cocktail hour and reception!
Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?
We ask that you not take photos during the actual ceremony. We have a photographer and videographer who will be capturing that for us. However, take as many photos as you'd like for the rest of the day
I have more questions about your wedding, who can I contact?
